A robot-controlled water purification device is set to be installed in the Sydney CBD.
The $15 million water-purification device will be installed next to the Sydney Opera House.
The Sydney City Council approved the project at a council meeting last month.
The City of Sydney says the device will clean up up excess water from public water pipes and other sources.
The city’s Environment Department says it will be able to test the device and report back to council in about a month.
